Product brand design
To create packaging design concepts for a new line produced by Ampleforth Abbey. The apple liqueur was a new addition to the Abbey’s drinks range and needed recognisable branding. The pacgaging for the traditionally crafted artisan product had to compliment the current range.
We started by researching the current market for similar alcoholic beverages, noting the importance of a unique brand element. We decided on customised, rounded glass bottle which gave an interesting texture to hold.
Paying close attention to the current brand, we decided to implement a simple brand progression. We created visuals based on the history of the cider mill and prestige of the Abbey.
