Logo design, corporate identity and vehicle graphics

Brief

Local builder and restoration specialist, Richards and Frith asked us to create a logo from scratch. He was keen to draw on the traditional style of the master craftsman.

Solution

Inspired by an old sepia photograph of one of Richard’s ancestors, we developed a new logo. We feel that it cleverly reflects the history of the business, which dates back to the 19th century. The logo itself is in a mono style to mirror the character of early designs. A distressed effect was used to further authenticate the brand.

Outcome

The logo was successfully applied to company stationery and continued as vehicle signage. This has assisted in bringing the brand to life in the local area.
